Terms & Conditions

Membership in Notte Social Club is open to individuals who:

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Provide accurate contact information when enrolling
• Agree to these Terms & Conditions

Membership is free of charge and limited to one account per individual.

Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or assigned to another person.

Members earn points on eligible purchases made at Notte Ristorante. All members earn 200 points upon joining the social club.

Standard Earning Rate

• 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases
• 1 point = $0.025 CAD (2.5 cents) in redemption value

Eligible Purchases

Points are earned on:

• Food purchases
• Beverage purchases
• In-house dining experiences at Notte Ristorante

Exclusions

Points are not earned on:

• Taxes
• Gratuities
• Gift card purchases
• Private events or contracted buyouts
• Third-party delivery platforms
• Complimentary items
• Discounted promotional items where specified

Notte reserves the right to determine eligibility of purchases at its sole discretion. Points are typically credited within 24–48 hours after the transaction.

As part of the hospitality experience, Notte may award bonus points for select items or specific days.

These bonus points are provided at the discretion of the restaurant and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Points may be redeemed to receive a discount on a member's bill.

Redemption Value

• 100 points = $2.50 CAD
• 1 point = $0.025 CAD

Minimum Redemption

Members must redeem a minimum of 100 points per transaction for discounts on their bill. They may also be able to use smaller amounts of points for perks as dictated by the restaurant.

Maximum Redemption

A maximum of 4,000 points may be redeemed in a single visit, equal to a $100 CAD maximum discount per visit.

Additional Conditions

• Points have no cash value
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash
• Points cannot be transferred to another member
• Points may only be redeemed during in-house dining
• Points must be available in the member's account at the time of payment

Members must identify themselves as a Notte Social Club member at the time of payment in order to earn or redeem points.

Points cannot be applied retroactively once a transaction has been closed, except at the sole discretion of the manager.

Points may expire if an account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months. Account activity includes:

• Earning points
• Redeeming points
• Participating in a qualifying visit

Expired points cannot be restored.

The Notte Social Club program is offered in good faith as a gesture of appreciation to our guests.

Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or unfairly take advantage of the Program may result in actions including but not limited to:

• Adjustment or removal of points
• Suspension or termination of membership
• Immediate modification of applicable Program rules

If misuse or exploitation is suspected, the manager on duty reserves the right to implement an immediate change of policy or redemption conditions at their discretion. All decisions made by restaurant management regarding Program integrity are final.

Notte reserves the right to modify the Program at any time, including:

• Point earning rates
• Redemption values
• Minimum or maximum redemption amounts
• Bonus point promotions
• Program benefits
• Expiration policies

Changes may take effect immediately and will apply to all members. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updates.

Notte may terminate or suspend a membership at any time if a member:

• Violates these Terms & Conditions
• Engages in fraudulent activity
• Abuses the Program
• Attempts to manipulate the point system

Upon termination, all accumulated points may be forfeited without compensation. Members may also request to close their account at any time.

Notte Ristorante shall not be responsible for:

• System errors affecting point balances
• Delayed point postings
• Unauthorized access to a member account
• Lost rewards due to incorrect account information

The Program is provided as-is and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

All interpretations of these Terms & Conditions and all decisions related to the Notte Social Club Program are made at the sole discretion of Notte Ristorante management.

Management decisions regarding points, rewards, and eligibility are final.

The Notte Social Club Program is:

• Valid only at Notte Ristorante
• Subject to applicable laws and regulations
• Void where prohibited

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement governing the Program.
