Italian cooking, rooted in tradition but with a few of Chef Michael Angeloni's twists along the way and always made in house.
We make our pasta fresh every day. Our Roman-style pizza is crafted over 72 hours for an airy dough and crisp base, and the salumi bar sits out front; composed, considered, and meant to be watched as much as tasted.
